Five smaller balconies (ranging from 5-16 square meters) were waterproofed using hypercrete, a flexible and durable waterproofing solution ideal for smaller outdoor spaces. The main balcony, measuring 100-120 square meters, received a premium double-layer system combining both torch-on membrane and hypercrete for maximum protection and longevity.

Our process involved excavating down to the foundation level, installing a subsoil drainage system to channel water away from the structure, priming the walls, and applying torch-on membrane waterproofing.
